Kushinobo was established in 1950 in Osaka City as a Japanese restaurant that serves only «Kushikatsu», tiny deep-fried nuggets of food on skewers. Every day, we prepare more than 40 kinds of Kushikatsu from our more than 100 recipes, with various meats, seafood and vegetables.
We serve our Kushikatsu with delicious matching sauces, such as tartar sauce, miso sauce, and sweet-and-sour sauce, as well as our own original sauces.
We will serve you Kushikatsu one by one. As you finish each skewer, we serve another of a different kind unless you ask for the same item. If you order an Omakase dinner, we will continue to serve you until you let us know you have had enough.
