‘Cheese’ is probably one of the most popular Italian restaurants in Moscow and its chef, Mirco Dzago, who participated in every culinary TV show made, is a favorite of all culinary editions. And there are reasons for that! ‘Cheese’ opened its doors in 2001 and all this time it has been full of visitors. What is the secret of its popularity? It is simple. At the restaurant, people feel as if they were at their best friend’s and they are friends, admirers of traditional Italian cuisine, the chef’s talent, and cheese, the best delicacy of all time.
The main floor represents a cheese- and sand-colored space with numerous passages and windows, and looks like a round cheese head. In a copper pan, you will find a round yellow menu with a wide selection of antipasta, pasta, pizza, soup, and meat and fish dishes. And, naturally, cheese.
To really enjoy the delicious food, take wine with it thoroughly selected by the chef and sommelier. Wine menu consists of mostly Italian and French wines, the countries where cheese and wine are nothing less than national art.
